It depends on which country your order is getting delivery to. Most orders are delivered within 5 days of shipment.

All perfume is classed as a flammable good. This is because alcohol is a flammable substance and this requires a special packaging and complicated process of transport.

Due to these strict transport regulations, transport costs are more expensive. This also means that there could be some delays in shipment. We are not allowed to ship items containing alcohol (perfumes) to some countries.

We do our best to negotiate the most affordable shipping rates for all countries.

We send all international orders with either DHL, Fedex, Emirates Post, or UPS.

Our system automatically assigns your order to the courier with ther fastest delivery service to your country.

We offer free shipping over a certain order value, depending on where you are shopping.

The free shipping amount will show at the top of your cart.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping to all countries, and a small shipping charge will be applicable.

You will receive an automatic email with your order tracking information as soon as it ships from our warehouse.

You do not need to contact us for a tracking number - it will be sent automatically.

Your fragrances will be very carefully packaged in a secure, protective mailer box.

These mailer boxes are designed to withstand the bumps your package may experience on its journey to you.

In the very rare event that your items arrive damaged or broken, please take a photo immediately. You can then contact our customer service team who will happily assist with a refund or replacement.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, our courier partners will either take your item to the nearest service depot, or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

All prices are displayed excluding taxes & duties which may be applicable in your country.

Your order will be shipped DDU and you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when you receive the orders in your country.

If you do not pay the applicable customs duties, the courier will return the items back to us. We will then issue a refund for the purchased items only. Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

We're not able to reship a parcel that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.

We do not refund import duties (when paid) and/or customs fees.
