Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options to customers. Standard shipping is free for all orders.
You can upgrade to express delivery for a fee of 12.99 dhs. Express orders are usually delivered same day, unless you are located in a rural area.
Unfortunately, we only ship to customers within the United Arab Emirates. We hope to be servicing other Gulf countries soon.
It depends on where you are. Orders to are usually delivered within 48 hours of being placed, unless you are located in a remote delivery area.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same business day.
We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
All orders are sent from our warehouse right in Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, UAE.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse. It will contain a tracking number, and tracking link.
There can occasionally be delays within the carrier network which results in delays to orders. These delays are entirely out of our control.
Unfortunately, we are unable to lodge inquiries with our carrier on your behalf. If you have received your tracking number, it means that the item has been collected from our warehouse, and the parcel is no longer within our control.
We suggest reaching out directly to the carrier to enquire about the delay.
If your parcel is deemed lost in transit, then please get in contact with us. We will offer to either refund you in full, or ship you a new item.

All prices are displayed & processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
All payments made are secure as we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.
We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it.

Preorders
You cannot cancel a preorder until after the estimated delivery date shown during checkout. In the unlikely event your preorder is delayed, you can contact us to request a cancellation.
The arrival date for each item in your order will be displayed on your order status page.

Your date may be an exact date, or a date range.
In rare cases, your preorder may be delayed. This delay is usually due to factors outside of our control such as congestions at ports of arrival, or due to customs. You will be notified via an email if your order is delayed. You can contact us directly for my information if your order is delayed.
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, you can change your delivery address. You can contact us directly, and our team will happily assist.
Refunds
Our policy is to not allow cancellations of an order after being placed. However, in some cases your order may need to be cancelled due to stock unavailability, or due to a return. You will be notified directly by our team if your order is refunded.
If your order is refunded fully, or partially, you will receive an email confirming the refund. This means the payment amount has been refunded by our payment processor.
Depending on your bank, refunds usually reflect in 1-3 business days. Business days means Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately, this timeline is dependent on your financial institution, and we are unable to expedite this process.
Returns
You can return your order within 100 days from the date of shipment for no cost. The following are excluded from this policy, and are not eligible for return:
- Testers
- Samples
- Miniature, travel sprays, or any perfume under 20ml in size
- Items purchased on sale
Please note that for change of mind returns, you will be liable for the return postage. There is no restocking or handling fee. You will be refunded the full amount paid for the return item.
